History

Equilibrium was established in 2001 by two youth workers, Paul Williams and Keith Harrison. The intention was to develop creative solutions to address identified gaps in services for young people. Since then Equilibrium has delivered a wide range of projects working together in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies both in Dorset and further afield. In 2006 the company converted to a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company (CIC).
